We are equipped with modern mono-web pouch machinery for both flat and stand up, gravure or flexo printed pouches. Single web technology allows for quicker machine set ups, less wastage and solves leakage and print register difficulties common in multi-web manufacturing processes.

Options for consumer benefit include a range of handles, zippers, tear notches and hanging holes. The gusset (or base) seal configuration can be either parabolic or mitre, the latter being more suitable for heavy duty products. Maximum heights range from 737mm for stand up pouches to 762 for our 2 or 3 sided flat pouches. Our finished product quality tests include the vacuum, drop test, tensile strength and heat seal methods.
