The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently printing production orders to customer specifications while maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality.

With the support of the team, you will be responsible for:

· Operating the flexographic printing press to strict KPIs.

· Ensuring all jobs are printed accurately to customer specifications.

· Conducting appropriate quality checks in accordance with quality standards.

· Completing and signing off documentation in line with company procedures.

· Ensuring efficient handover to the following shift for smooth continuous production of jobs.

· Keeping the area, equipment, and machinery clean and tidy in accordance with relevant procedures during the shift.

Specification:

· Print apprenticeship or experience essential.

· IT literate with experience operating computer-controlled machines.

· Able to work to demanding deadlines.

· Well-organized, able to plan with good attention to detail.

· Good communicator with an enthusiastic approach and a team player.

· Ability to work flexibly to suit the needs of the business.

Hours of Work: Three-week rotating shift system over Monday to Friday. Day shift: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm, Night shift: 6:00 pm – 6:00 am.
