We are seeking an experienced Graphic Services Manager to delivery high quality, innovative, and effective graphic solutions, helping us maintain our reputation as a leading UK flexible packaging manufacturer.
The working pattern is Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm with the option of working from home one day a week.
Duties
- Lead and manage the Graphics Service Team ensuring smooth workflow from design to production.
- Work closely with departmental manager to deliver accurate and timely graphics support.
- Drive process improvements, standardisation, and innovation in our graphics services.
- Provide technical expertise on print processes, colour management, and artwork specifications.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers on graphic-related queries and projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in graphics or printing
- Strong knowledge of colour management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proactive approach with attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
