Reusable packaging

Refill formats

Reusable packaging is growing more popular with consumers looking to reduce the amount of waste they produce, and has applications across many sectors including food, beverage, household, health, beauty and more.

Packaging that aligns with the circular economy is an essential part of our portfolio.

This can take the form of recyclable packaging that can be decanted into reusable containers, meaning our solutions can facilitate the creation of refillable packaging that consumers can use several times before disposal.

We can do other formats that facilitate use of reusable container – ie; sachet / bag / flow wrap – example of small sachet is a “tablet” dropped into a trigger spray & topped up with water.

Robust structural designs

Our pouches are robust enough to cope with the rigours of the modern supply chain as we can produce them using our triplex or quadplex lamination capability, according to the needs of your application. Resealability can also be added to large packs, allowing consumers to use their refillable packaging multiple times.

Reducing plastic and emissions through format change

Flexible pouches, which can be decanted into reusable packaging, use less material than rigid packs and take up less space during transit. This means they are ideal for reducing plastic and emissions across your packaging portfolio.
