Grocer New Packaging Awards 2025
FINALIST
Paper pack of the year
Riverford’s 2kg potato pack was recognised for combining material efficiency, robust performance and kerbside recyclability in a practical paper-based format. Developed for automated VFFS packing, the solution boosted the customer’s packing line speeds from 25 packs a minute to 35. It demonstrates how thoughtful packaging design can reduce material use while supporting efficient production and distribution.
