My main focus is all about providing the best customer experience possible, so my main duties are:
Ensuring customer expectations are met and serviced to a high level of standard.
Ensuring customers receive their products on time, made to meet the highest levels of quality.
Ensuring accounts are managed in a way that adds value to the business.

Exciting, challenging, rewarding.
What does a typical day look like?
There is no such thing as a typical day. Each day brings its own challenges which is what makes this role interesting and rewarding.
What’s the best part about your job?
Being able to add value to our business and to the way we service our customers, and working with my team!
What are your main challenges?
Balancing customer needs.
What’s your most used productivity hack?
Using Microsoft Outlook as a ‘to do’ tool to keep on top of things and priorities.
Best thing about being part of the Parkside team?
Parkside is like a big family and everyone is made to feel welcome.

I’m really proud whenever I receive fantastic personal feedback from my customers.
Main achievement /accomplishments (outside of work)
My main interests outside of work are swimming, reading, and music.
What was your first job?
I was a coffee shop assistant while at university. Then my first post-university job was working as admin support at an online job website company.
If you could pick up a new skill in an instant what would it be?
There are two skills I’d love to learn – further languages and piano playing.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever heard?
Life is short, make the most of every minute and be kind to others!
Do you have any phobias?
Spiders.
Do you like travelling? What’s the best place you’ve visited?
I love travelling. I have been to too many places to pick just one favourite, but if it comes to cities my favourites are London, Prague, and Barcelona.
What’s something that you’re proud of?
Obtaining a first class degree in a second language at university.
Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies?
I can crochet!
If you could have a career in anything, what would it be?
Architecture.
What’s your idea of a perfect day?
An outing on a sunny warm day spent with family and close friends!
