Parkside has announced two of its employees have been named as finalists in the UK’s Women in Packaging Excellence Awards 2025.
Nominated in the ‘Innovation in Packaging’ award category is New Product Development Technician Kirsty Plovie, while Sales Account Manager Staci Bye was listed in the ‘Sales & Business Development Leader’ category.
Hosted on the 10th July 2025 at the Hilton Bankside in London, the Women in Packaging Excellence Awards aim to recognise and honour the achievements of those in the industry, celebrating outstanding talent, innovation, and success.
As an integral part of the company’s industry-leading NPD department, Kirsty has boundless creative energy that helps bring projects to life, while her design expertise has spearheaded many game-changing packaging innovations at Parkside.
Commenting on the nomination, Kirsty Plovie said: “My time at Parkside means I’ve been able to explore and grow within an industry where there is always a new challenge and always something to learn and, for that, I am hugely grateful. To even be nominated in the awards is an absolute honour.”
With 15 years’ experience in sales and account management roles, Staci has worked tirelessly to drive success for Parkside and its customers. Positive, proactive and passionate, Staci is well-versed in optimising sales processes, creating new opportunities for market expansion and delivers consistently high standards to gain and retain customers.
“It’s a real honour to be recognised alongside so many inspiring women who are making a meaningful impact across our industry,” said Staci. “A huge thank you to my amazing colleagues at Parkside as your support has meant so much.
